The Quake City Jug Band had its genesis at the San Francisco Free Folk Club jam at Faith's house in the mid 1990's. it was there at a basement jam that Dennis Campagna assembled Myron, Natasha and Yakin to start the QCJB. Steve Scott, another Folk Club regular joined the band awhile later. Steve took his mandolin and went to visit with Faith just a couple of short weeks before she passed away. She loved the bug song! And in spite of her very weak state, she sang and hummed along with other old tunes that he played for her. Faith, thank you for years of encouragement, support and music. May your spirit live on in all of the musical unions that you fostered!
